PT PMA (Foreign-Invested Company)

100% or JV foreign ownership. Minimum paid-up capital IDR 2.5B (2025). BKPM / OSS-RBA approval, KBLI selection, quarterly LKPM reporting, and KITAS sponsorship.

PT PMDN / PT Umum

100% Indonesian-owned limited liability. Notarial deed → Kemenkumham → NPWP → NIB. Broader KBLI access. Convertible to PT PMA if FDI is later introduced.

PT Perorangan

Single-founder Indonesian sole proprietor. Fully online via OSS portal. No minimum capital threshold. Upgradeable to PT Umum as the business grows.

Representative Office (KPPA / KP3A)

Liaison and market-entry vehicle with no commercial revenue. Ideal for foreign principals running market studies or coordinating with local partners.
